Job Position - choosing the correct one
To access training that is relevant to your job position, it is important that you choose a job position that reflects your involvement in your local church (or associated entity). Adding a Job Position that is deemed as being child-related or church governance (eg Elder or Board/Leadership) will activate the Adsafe requirements automatically.
If you have been told that you MUST complete your Adsafe requirements and are unclear whether your job role in your church is child-related, please also add the "Church Nominated Role" to the job position field in addition to any other positions you add to your account.
No Adsafe Requirements showing to complete in your account?
If when you create an account the Adsafe requirements are not showing when you log in, this may be because your job position is not a child or a board/leadership role and you do not need to complete your Adsafe requirements. If you have been told you must complete your Adsafe requirements please see the Job Position - choosing the correct one section above for how you can still access these requirements.
Activation email
You will need to activate your account after completing this form and before logging in by clicking on the link in the activation email that is sent to you. If you cannot find this email, please check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder in your email account.
Showing Proof of Completion
Within one business day of creating a new account, Adsafe's safeguarding team will review your account and connect it to your local church's Adsafe Compliance Assistant (ACA). Your ACA will be able to monitor your requirements completion. There is no longer any need for certificates to be issued.
